Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour/activity.
- The booking must not be part of a non-refundable deal or limited-time offer.
- A valid booking ID or confirmation email is required.
- No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
- Some tour partners may have separate refund conditions.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Tours or activities that have already been used or started.
- Custom tour packages with non-refundable terms.
- Requests submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
How to Request a Refund

- Review: Your request will be reviewed within 2–5 business days.
- Processing: Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Card payments: Refunded to the same card.
- Bank transfers: 5–10 business days.
- Store credit: Available upon request in certain cases.
Fees & Deductions
- A processing fee may apply depending on the tour provider.
- Original transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.
- TourLives Travel is not liable for any currency exchange losses.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, we may allow:
- Date changes for tours (subject to availability).
- Store credit to use on another tour.
